Refund policy

30-Day Return Window You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to Start a Return Email jayden@wearbearing.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in return transit.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, email jayden@wearbearing.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing tags are not eligible for return.
